How it works

From printed code to finished film

Step 1

Print the code anywhere

We give you a print-ready PDF in two sizes — one for table cards, one for signage. Drop it into your existing stationery or stick it on a chalkboard.

Step 2

Guests scan with their camera

Every phone built in the last decade can scan a QR code from the camera app. No special scanner, no app download, no account.

Step 3

The camera opens, they record

A simple page with one big record button. They get up to 30 seconds, see a quick prompt for inspiration, and tap stop when they're done.

Step 4

The clip lands in your feed

Within seconds the video is in your private dashboard. The morning after the wedding it's part of your montage and your time capsule.

Placement

Where to put the QR code at your wedding

On every table card

The most reliable placement. Guests are already sitting there, phone in hand, between courses. A 4×4 cm code is the sweet spot — small enough to look elegant, big enough to scan from across the table.

On the welcome sign

Print it large at the entrance with one short sentence: "Leave us a video message." That sets the tone before anyone's had a drink and gives shy guests a chance to do it before the room fills up.

Inside the program

Tucked next to the running order. Guests look at the program two or three times during the ceremony and reception — every look is another chance to remember to record.

In a dedicated corner

A small "video booth" setup — a chair, decent lighting, a sign with the code. This produces the best-looking clips because guests step away from the noise, and friends end up doing it together.

On the bathroom mirror

Unconventional, but the bathroom is where introverts get a quiet moment. A small framed code there picks up the guests who'd never record in front of a crowd.

What's included

Four guestbooks. One QR code.

Guests scan the code on the table and choose how they want to share. No app, no account. Everything lands in your private album.

Photo uploads

Every photo on their phones

Guests add the photos they've already taken, straight from their camera roll. Full resolution, all in one private album instead of fifteen group chats.

Disposable camera

Candid shots, film-style

Guests snap photos with warm grain and a date stamp, right in their browser. Print them as a film-roll album.

Video guestbook

Messages you can watch back

Guests record a short video message, with a gentle prompt so nobody freezes. We stitch the best into a wedding film by the next morning.

Written guestbook

For guests who'd rather write

Guests pick a card, like “Give them some advice”, and write you a note. Notes never count toward your free uploads.
