1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WeddingReels ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WeddingReels provides a platform that allows couples to collect video messages from their wedding guests. Couples can create an event page, share it with guests, and receive short video recordings as digital keepsakes.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any video content you or your guests upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant WeddingReels a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content uploaded does not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, privacy, or defamation laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct and User-Generated Content

You agree not to upload, share, or submit any content that:

• Is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any person.
• Contains hate speech, violence, or content that exploits minors.
• Contains malware, spam, or any code designed to disrupt the Service.
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, or interferes with its integrity or performance.
• Is used for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You may report any content you believe violates these Terms by tapping the flag icon on the video or photo, or through our support page. We aim to review and act on reports within 24 hours, including removing the content and, where appropriate, banning the user who uploaded it.

Couples managing a wedding may remove any content uploaded to their guestbook at any time, and may block specific guests from contributing further. WeddingReels reserves the right to remove any content and terminate any user's access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

6. Plans, Payment and Fair Use

The Service is free to use with a limited number of guest uploads. Premium is a one-time payment per wedding, not a subscription, and is stated in your chosen currency at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our reseller, Paddle. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

“Unlimited” guests, uploads and hosting are subject to fair use. They are meant for one wedding and the people who attend it. All functions of one wedding (for example mehndi, sangeet, ceremony and reception) count as one wedding. Weddings using more than 100 GB of storage may be offered additional storage for an extra fee. If you choose not to add storage, we may pause new uploads. Everything already collected stays available to view and download. If an account's use goes well beyond one wedding, for example storing content unrelated to the wedding, using one wedding for unrelated events or automated uploads, we may contact you and limit further uploads. We will not delete content you have already collected without giving you notice and a chance to download it.

Hosting has no expiry date. If we ever stop offering part or all of the Service, we will give you at least 6 months' notice by email, so you have time to save everything or export it to Google Drive.

Gift a Friend's Wedding (14 to 24 October 2026). If you pay for Premium on the web between 14 October and 24 October 2026 (23:59 your local time), we will email you one gift code within one day of payment. The code gives 50% off Premium for a different couple's wedding. It can be used once, within 3 months of being sent, and can't be combined with other discounts or exchanged for cash. If your Premium payment is refunded, the gift code is cancelled if it hasn't been used.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. WeddingReels does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeddingReels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WeddingReels operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
